Dave’s speaking fee guideline divides the entity’s gross annual revenue by 1,000. For example an entity with a $200,000 gross annual revenue might agree to engage Dave for $200. If circumstances indicate a smaller fee; please let Dave know when arranging a speaking engagement.
Travel costs are in addition to the speaking fee. If the engagement is within a 100 kilometer radius of Calgary, Alberta; the travel costs will be zero. If the engagement is outside the 100 kilometer radius, travel costs will be negotiated and should include mileage, airfare, hotel, meals, as appropriate.
