Toward Improving Canada is a prescription for improvements to Canada’s governance. Dave has recently edited Toward Improving Canada and formally published it as an eBook, online at any eBook site, and as a paperback at Amazon.com.

He is currently widening the scope of the ideas in Toward Improving Canada to encompass governance ideas applicable anywhere in the world. His new book is entitled the Village Café, A buffet of ideas. Village Café should publish in the fall of 2015.
The website, www.VillageSource.net, is Dave’s contribution to building consensus on ideas to improve human affairs across the globe. He’s active in writing blogs and integrating ideas submitted to the site.
Waiting on Dave’s to do list is an autobiographical perspective on growth rings and harvests. His vignettes should amuse and illuminate. The working title is Expectations For All Seasons. Watch for it in a year or two.
Dave grew up on a mixed farm near Fort St. John, BC. His first career was in geophysical exploration. He then studied at the University of Calgary and graduated with distinction before articling as a Chartered Accountant. For the last thirty-six years he’s been a senior partner in a local CA firm serving individuals and owner-managed businesses. He’s been active in community, professional, and political organizations. He’s honored with the Fellow Chartered Accountant distinction awarded by his peers. His family fans out across Canada with his core around Calgary, Alberta.
