Manipulation is government policy

Our government (and the Professional Institute of the Public Services of Canada) needs the long form census to precisely manipulate races, religions, relationships, residents, remuneration, rumors, and responsibilities into a limp mass of mediocrity.

Where will individual responsibility be allowed to flourish?
