Building Consensus

The goal is to develop a consensus on issues confronting villagers who have no captive audience. I launch a blog which I expect will resonate with most villagers. You’re invited to provide collegial comments.
Periodically, I’ll write a new blog in which I’ll attempt to integrate the comments received. I hope a consensus will evolve. If I’ve developed new perspectives I’ll add additional commentary following my version of the current consensus.
I promise to weigh the comments received. Where you perceive I’ve failed to properly weigh the considerations; please let me know.
I expect the ideas to flourish beyond my capacity. As that happens, I invite other villagers to develop tools to allow the consensus to grow across the world.
