The objective is to develop a consensus perspective on many of the issues that confront villagers who have no captive audience. I launch a blog which I expect to resonate with most villagers. You are invited to provide collegial comments.
Periodically, I will write a new blog in which I will attempt to integrate the comments received. In this way, I hope that a consensus will evolve. If I have developed new perspectives I will add additional commentary following my version of the current consensus view.
